"Bathtub was clogged. Bathroom smelled like humidity. I was on the first floor and needed to use the bathroom BAD. I asked the young lady if there was a bathroom on the first floor and she answered “don’t you have a bathroom in your room?” Well of course but can I make it there is the question. I have been to plenty of Comfort Inn’s but this one was by far the worst. "

"Front desk staff was awesome, breakfast could have been better, the room was clean the only issue I had was the dirty towels I put on the floor to be replaced was folded and put back on the rack as if they were changed for clean ones."

"The bed is hard as a rock, there is no ice machine, the shampoo is calm size and there is no conditioner and your “body wash” is a bar of soap. You cant get food delivered to your door you have to meet in the lobby. The staff is great there just needs to be some tweaking on other things! "

"Parking was safe. Room was clean but water on the bathroom floor. Staff were polite. On the purchase of Room, I also purchased breakfast but wasn’t given a ticket and they were trying to make me pay for breakfast again that morning so make sure you get your ticket. "

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, and looked poorly maintained. They say renovations are happening, but it wasn’t noticeable. I would not recommend booking here."

"This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. There were cigarette burn marks throughout the entire room. The tv did not work at all. The toilet wasn’t secure to the ground and the bathtub had mold all around it. The sheets had several stains so I removed it all and just slept on a blanket and pillow I brought with me. The only decent thing was the air blew cold. There is no phone in the room for room service. You could not pay me to stay in this hotel ever again."
