The Sea view rooms are equipped as follows: - The large bedroom, 140 cm bed, cot fully equipped - the second smaller room with 2 beds of 80 cm.
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons.
Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets.
A high chair for children are available and a baby park.
The kitchen has electric: stove with oven, microwave, food processor, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
Also available a television, a DVD player, a CD player and radio receiver.
We specify that the toilet is separate from the shower room. This will be modernized in January 2015.

RATES: Low season: 300 € the week.

MID SEASON: 380 € the week.

HIGH SEASON: 400 € the week.

VERY HIGH SEASON: 490 € the week.

Overnight: 160 € for two nights. and € 40 from the third night.

House cleaning: 45 €

The deposit is set at 50% of the total amount.

A deposit of € 500 is payable at the beginning of the stay.

Note that any higher power consumption to 15 euros per weekend or week will be charged
