Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 10 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 10 m² living room with a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate one person, TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, filter coffee maker and dining area with sea view
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Ault, close to the Bay of the Somme, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car parks close to the residence.

- Coastal path to Bois de Cise or Mers-les-Bains
- The Ault lighthouse, the Church of St Pierre and its belfry, the Bois de Cise, the circuit in the footsteps of Victor Hugo, the Chapelle Notre-Dame-D'Onival, the Hable d'ault.
- Nearby: Mers-les-Bains with its colourful houses and miniature golf course.
- Le Tréport: funicular railway, the historic site of Kahl Burg dug into the cliff in 1942, St Jacques church.
- Water sports: sailing lessons, equipment hire (kayaks, paddles, sailboats, etc).
