「For the amount of money we spent (around $200 for a room for one night), I expected something decent. This place is old and run down. No pool, poor breakfast choices, stains on pillows and walls, the room was musty, TV did not work, paint was chipping, etc.」

「Beds were adequate.The room had several areas that were damaged and needed attention. I took pictures. Breakfast was fine with a good variety. Hot tub was not hot and only 1-2 jets working at full force. For what we paid, it should seem that the room wouldn’t have damages and should have been fixed prior to having it available. Also do we pay for not using the room safe if we didn’t use it? It’s like the available mini bar in hotels, but you pay only if you use it. It could have been nicer...

「So we had booked over a month in advance, and when we got there apparently the room had been given away for a conference. Reese at the front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Had it burned for her we would think twice about coming back but wouldn’t hesitate.」

「Breakfast is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wet carpet in our room that had occurred from a leak earlier in the day. I brought this attention to the front desk who confirmed they could also smell wet/musty carpet. It took a little while for accommodations to be made, but we were moved from a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout to a room with 1 king bed and a pullout. For 3 adults it was not ideal, but my granddaughter slept on the couch....
