Visiting Ellora and Ajanta with middle school child. Beautiful view of excellently maintained pool and garden from balcony. Clean room, toilet, AC works great. Of many good things, the best part of the hotel truly are the staff. Always sincere to help and very efficient. All transport needs were arranged from hotel reception. Drivers were all good and cars in good condition - think, we were able reach under or about 2 hrr to Ajanta. Breakfast - complimentary. Incredibly good quality and variety. We had dinner from the same, as it was so good. Great place to stay - cannot go wrong.

Breakfast, staff, pool, room was all lovely. On my 5 sunbeds at the pool though so we had to wait on two for a while - as people were just using them to keep their towels on while in the pool. We actually wanted to lay on them.

Disappointed with our stay. Advertised as a four star hotel, but rooms, service, and WiFi were not even close to being great. The only great thing about this place was the pool and the gym which were really nice. I do have to call out Sudarshan, the IT, manager who helped us with our WiFi problems. His service was the only service that represented a 4 star hotel.

On Expedia, the property looked lovely, which it was. The pool looked rather enticing, which was the main reason for booking there; however when we came to check in, we were told that the pool was out of use until 10April so we had he had to cancel our booking unfortunately. We were quite disappointed.

Friendly staffs, good location in the middle of the city. Room was Okay. But as a japanese traveler , disposable slippers would made me comfortable. We didn’t want to walk on the dusty floor on our own feet. Anyway overall impression was good, worth to be 4 stars
