Family home in Port de St. Goustan with a garden and parking space

A stone's throw from the Auray river, the pretty port of St Goustan and its historic district, a house with a freshly renovated interior, with parking and private garden with very little vis-à-vis. Quiet and walking distance to restaurants, artists' galleries and walks by the water. 5min walk from the center of Auray with all shops and amenities.

Great beaches 15/20 minutes away. Hiking trail along the Gulf and the Auray river 400m away.

85m2 house with 3 bedrooms, for 4 adults and 2 children (+1 extra single bed possible in the living room). The 2 master bedrooms have their private bathroom.

We live in this house all year round and are happy to share it with you during our 2 months of business trips in the summer. It is a family home that changes from impersonal places and hotels. The interior has just been renovated with taste and simplicity, with ecological paints and materials.

The accommodation:
on the first floor: equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4-burner stove + oven, espresso coffee maker,...), living room, separate toilet, 1 bedroom overlooking the garden, with private bathroom (bed 140x200).
on the 1st floor: 1 children's bedroom (2 beds 90x190) and 1 master bedroom with bathroom and toilet (bed 140x200).
Baby cot, high chair, observation tower and children's games available on site.
Wifi or wired connection (ethernet sockets). Completely non-smoking house. We love pets but cannot accept them in this accommodation.
Access:
Independent access. Private parking adjoining the accommodation. Possibility to park a car and bicycles. Secure key box.
