  • Charming 250 m² house, set in a 2-hectare park, with stunning views and a heated swimming pool open from May to September, ideally located in the heart of major tourist attractions.
    Capacity: 13 people, 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 large furnished terraces.

    A home designed for easy living with family or multiple couples.
    The property consists of two independent buildings connected by a large terrace. The main house includes 3 BR, 2 BA, a living room, and a kitchen. The second building features 3 BR, 3 BA, and a fully equipped summer kitchen, allowing everyone to enjoy privacy while easily gathering for meals, social moments, and the pool.

Très belle propriété pleine de charme, nichée dans un environnement calme et luxuriant. Les deux points forts sont la piscine, grande et bien entretenue et une cuisine particulièrement bien équipée. Quelques bémols qu’on peut attribuer au charme de l’ancien, mais rien qui nous fasse regretter d’avoir passé une semaine avec notre famille qui des plus grands aux plus petits se sont régalés de ces bons moments.

Lovely home for a family and friends vacation

We enjoyed our stay- perfect for a large group, including an infant and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the upper terrace for breakfast and dinner. Well located and spectacular views. Line and Bruno were very communicative and prone to respond quickly.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Inmitten der Natur genießt man absolute Ruhe und Erholung. Die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten war ideal für uns (Großeltern und zwei Familien). Ein Highlight war das Dorffest unten in Auriac-de-Perigord.

Très bel endroit. Maison spacieuse

Très belle propriété avec plusieurs tables et terrasses. Agréable piscine chauffée. Maison très ancienne spacieuse et très bien équipée. Très Bonne literie. Un bémol pour les deux chambres proches de la piscine qui sont humides. Le ménage n’est pas de bon niveau et doit être amélioré dans les 3 chambres vers la piscine et les sanitaires. C’est vraiment dommage.

Wonderful Christmas

We shared a beautiful Christmas in 2019 when our extended Australian family all gathered in Auriac-du-Perigord. The house is in a wonderfully peaceful location with fantastic outlook over the local countryside. Plenty of space for everyone and a nice kitchen where we could prepare wonderful meals with lots of lovely local produce. We shared a very special time together in this amazing place. Looking back after this year of Covid, we were very fortunate to have stayed in your beautiful part of the world.

The location was gorgeous, but inside it was quite grubby and tired looking.Lots of equipment in the kitchen had not been cleaned properly. The linens however we're very clean .The whole place needs a really good deep clean

A paradise in the Dordogne!

When we arrived at the villa we were impressed. The house offers everything you could wish. The description of the house and the inventory is very precise. The swimming pool is excellent. Everything is in good working order and the owners are very friendly and responsive to keep it that way. Plenty of room for our family of 12 people, covering 3 generations. We all want to come back here!

Mooi domein, mooi zwembad maar krakende vloeren en schimmel

Het hoofdhuis (1ste verdieping, 3 slaapkamers) is ongelooflijk gehorig en de vloer kraakt verschrikkelijk. De douche daar heeft nauwelijks druk.In een van de kamers aan het zwembad was er flink wat schimmel, je kon het ruiken en zien. Ongezond gewoon. De poets was heel oppervlakkig gebeurd. Het en der waren ligbedden en stoelen beschadigd. Metalen tafels en stoelen waren stevig verroest.De tuin en het zwembad zijn fantastisch. Het terras is in ruwe beton dus moeilijk met kleine kinderen.

Great week

Had a lovely time. House spacious and interesting. Only criticisms are it could do with 2 or 3 fans as we were very hot at night particularly in the rooms by the pool. Some of the outdoor furniture was looking a little tired and needed a refresh. Other than that it was great. Domestic lady who greeted us was lovely despite having her work cut out cleaning such a big house on her own. All in all a great week.

Thunder Storm

On the second night a thunderstorm brought part of the roof down. We had to move two of our beds into the kitchen and the falling in roof was covered outside by a plastic sheet. The dishwasher in the upper building did not work so we took the plates up and down to the dishwasher next to the pool. The property is lovely but could do with some renovations.
