「The house was cozy, super clean and the view was astounding! Kitchen had new appliances and was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. Loved starting the day with a cup of coffee enjoying the view of the pond. Highly recommend. 」

「This place was great and private. Lots of windows but neighbors aren’t too close. It was very clean and cozy. About 45 minutes from Acadia and Bat Harbor made it near enough but not too in the city. Loved the place! 」

I asked how to pay and got no response for several days. When I called I was told someone else had already booked the night despite me being ready to pay and having a message back and forth. 「Our stay at Andrew's cottage was delightful. We spent a few nights here while on our honeymoon roadtrip through Maine. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed to cook dinners and have a relaxing trip! We visited Acadia as a day trip (~1 hr drive), but we actually enjoyed our time on Spring River Lake and hiking near the cottage more than Acadia! Nothing beats having morning coffee on a private beach, kayaking at sunset, or hiking Black Mountain and jumping in Schoodic Beach...

The surroundings are stunning (truly loved/ enjoyed the sunrise with the lake's view, great get away from the city and to be able to see the stars at night). The owner is welcoming and attentive.
