Excellent hotel! Extremely clean. I was welcomed by Kelli upon my arrival. She is wonderful! Very personable. Kelli thanked me for choosing their hotel. I was in town for a book signing. Kelli made sure i had the correct directions. When i returned, she asked how the signing went and paid attention to me. I watched her call other guests by their names. Kelli makes a difference in peoples lives. I can't say enough good things about her. Will definitely stay here again

The breakfast was fantastic. Parking was well lit and felt safe. The only thing we would change is acess to the swimming pool. This is the first hotel i have ever stayed at that the pool closed before 10pm. Our girls were quite disappointed.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have experienced in a long time! The staff was so helpful and kind, from the minute I walked up to the locked door very late with my hands full, to my departure days-later with my hands even more full. The lobby is inviting with plenty of room to chill out, and offers a nice selection of snacks and ice cream. The hallways & elevator smell wonderful. Not artificially cosmetic, but truly clean. I loved coming back every day to the comforting smell. My room was also clean and comfortable, including the bed/linens/pillows. The shower was hot with a quality head. The room-temp settings were accurate & quick (if you travel a lot you know how nice that is!) and the system wasn't noisy. The in-room Keurig treated me to pleasant fresh coffee, but the lobby also has a wonderful 24/7 coffee setup. Breakfast is hot and nice; not scrappy like so many hotels these days. Pool and hot tub are great. My only complaint might be the walls. If you get a screaming baby or sexy banshee next door, you'll hear. Sincerely, it was an awesome & safe stay. One tip I'd offer other guests: Avoid eating at the big brewhouse next door. It may look fun on the outside but the food/service is mediocre at best and the place is greasy and dirty, with uncomfortable, cold, noisy seating. Holiday Inn's staff is happy to recommend other great restaurants nearby so I wish I'd asked them on day-one before I spent my birthday here. The prime rib was very good though.

Check in was painless and staff are very nice. The carpet in the room needed to be vacuumed: I found hair, food, and who knows what else. This is despite the fact that the carpet is new, and that led to another issue: it was still off-gassing chemicals and I continued to smell it throughout the night and even felt my eyes watering. (I didn't have time due to work to deal with trying to switch rooms.) The windows don't open, so I also couldn't bring in fresh air. On the plus side, the shower is excellent and the breakfast is very good for this level of hotel, though the scrambled eggs were not hot.
