There was no attendant when we arrived. We had our key from the key box. It was a good location for us, but there’s no elevator, so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Everything was lovely: room, grounds, people and the food. All this for a very reasonable price and truly just a 15 minute walk across the bridge to Remich, Luxembourg.
