Luxury disappointment

Property was described as luxury. Sadly it’s far from luxury. Very average. The third party contract that I was required to sign following payment was confusing and intimidating. Further payment was required for a non refundable deposit in case of damage was totally unacceptable.Owner not helpful with my concerns.Sheets on beds are old and elastic barely holds mattress. Pillows uncomfortable. Towels in bathrooms old and need to be replaced. Not to mention very small. ( considering I am very slim).Pool area doesn’t have enough chairs and I couldn’t find anywhere to sit.The towels provided by owner are not actually towels but made of a polyester fabric that is normally used to clean cars.O would suggest removing the word luxury from the definition of this property.
