SUPPLIES
The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, and bath towels.

We also provide an ample supply of soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and coffee provided. Please prepare to bring or purchase subsequent supplies.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This house is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for enjoying and laughing with your friends and family.

PARKING
There's plenty of parking space for up to 4 cars or trucks. There is also plenty of room for a boat trailer. At this time, guests do not have access to the garage, unless you walk through the house.

PETS
Pets are welcome for a $70 fee per pet for the entire stay to account for the extra cleaning they require for the next guest. Please bring bags and clean up after your pets.
Keep your pets off furniture and bedding. If pets soil the carpet during your stay, a $150 carpet cleaning fee will be charged to your account.

We have a lock on our house. relax and enjoy.
Other things to note
The house is big and spacious enough to accommodate up to 10 guests. However, there is a $50 fee per person per night after 6 guests. This is automatically calculated on your quote upon booking.
