Welcome to the Palms Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences - an entertainers dream! The main house is 3 stories with 2 living and dining areas, inside and outside, a game room with a pool table, theater, an office, and decks on every level with views of the lake. An brand new pool with amazing sunset views over Lake Travis and an oversized hot tub that seats 12. The 2-story Casita has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, living/dining room with an outdoor sitting area. The Palms is an ideal location to host small gatherings - reunions, corporate retreats, etc. This Mediterranean-style home is near the famous Oasis Restaurant, “the Sunset Capital of Texas,” and is a perfect launching point to explore Lake Travis and the Austin area. The property is regularly set for 13 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 18 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip may be available by approval and with a fee.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
