I love how I didn’t have to worry about extra blankets and pillows or towels there was plenty loved the whole vibe of the apartment very well thought out in decorating and the hand book y’all left was more helpful than google about the local area

Stayed here while visiting Austin. The place is a little further away from downtown but there is still a lot that is walking distance from it and an uber was cheap enough. Overall the place was very clean and we even got to use the pool while we were there.

Cute condo!
This was a great find for my daughter and I to stay at on our trip to Austin. Super cute decor, very clean and comfortable and in a great location. A good selection of restaurants in walking distance and so much more in downtown areas just a short Lyft or Uber ride away. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Clean, cozy, so cuuuute and perfect location
BOOK NOW! This place is absolutely incredible and 100% worth it. The location is supreme and is within walking distance or a quick Uber ride to all of the great Austin highlights. The inside decor is to die for- the decor is so charming and works in the space so well. The location of the unit in the complex is so perfect. The pool is literally right outside of the front door so taking a dip is so convenient and easy. Shawn is a fantastic host and even checked in with me to ensure that things were running smoothly. Great communication! The welcome/guide book inside the condo was also very thoughtfully put together. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will definitely be booking again.

Great place and great location!!
If you want to feel like a local in ATX, stay at Shawn's place. It's perfect across the board.
It's so comfortable, equipped with everything you could possibly need and in a cool neighborhood. The location is ideal because it's so close to everything (the city is super walkable) but there's enough distance from the chaos of downtown. It's right on 6th street, so you can literally exit the apartment, hang a left and be in downtown in 15-20 min.
The place itself felt like home! It's cozy, clean and quiet. And the pool is a great amenity.
Also, just to reiterate that the location is perfect because you could literally spend a whole trip just hanging at spots around the place and still have a killer time. Donn's Depot, Clark's, swedish hill, hold out brewing are all such awesome spots and they are between 2 & 5 minutes walking distance. We explored and did as much as we possibly could, but it doesn't take much to fall in love with this city.
Love ATX, love Shawn's place. We will be back, don't hesitate. Book it now!
