This serene retreat offers modern amenities like a washer/dryer, zoned central heating/air, gas range, charcoal grill, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. With a half bathroom downstairs for added convenience, our peaceful space is walking distance from 6th street, Rainey district, Ladybird Lake, Moody Center, Zilker Park, and numerous golf courses and other downtown Austin attractions.

My adult daughter and I were in town for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Good location - we were able to get to downtown quickly riding rental scooters (vs trying to find parking). There was a spot to park our SUV. The beds and restrooms were good. It wasn't thoughtfully prepared for guests, however. No hairdryer; no extra rolls of toilet paper in bathrooms; no book with instructions about how to use the Nest thermostat or password for the wifi or instructions about how to leave the condo at departure; no hand towel in the downstairs bathroom; couldn't find tools for the charcoal grill. Communication with the owner was good. I would stay here again.
