Skip the hotel

I have stayed at the Natiivo several times now Easy check-in. Great location. Much better value than comparable hotels in my opinion. Overnight parking is way overpriced, but the valets at least nice and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nativo property. The property is clean and the amenities are great. We loved the roof top pool and location of the property. The apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Place was clean and had a beautiful view. Only suggestion would be to freshen the kitchen drain. It had a bad odor.

Great location, facility, staff, and views!

This property is located one block over from Rainey Street (tons of bars, restaurants, food trucks) so you get the convenience without the noise. It is easy walking distance from convention center, Austin City Limits, Congress Street bridge (bat watching), state capitol, and University of Texas. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The condo was clean with a minimalist but comfortable approach. I particularly loved the Nespresso machine and the provided espresso pods. We will definitely be back!
