I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I was extremely disappointed by several aspects of my experience:
1. Dishonest Service: I spoke with the night manager regarding a matter of concern, and unfortunately, I was given false information. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
2. Excessive Incidental Charges: The incidental fees applied to my stay were outrageously high and not clearly explained at the time of booking or check-in.
3. Unreasonable Room Rates: The pricing for the rooms was far above what I consider fair, particularly given the level of service I received.
4. No Event Discount for Parking: I was attending an event held at your hotel and expected a discounted parking rate, as is customary for hotel-hosted events. I was shocked to find that no such discount was available.
This experience fell far short of what I expect from a reputable hotel, especially one hosting an event. I request that you review the charges on my bill and provide a clear explanation or, ideally, a partial refund to reflect the issues I encountered.
