Lovely Home for a Fun and Relaxing Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home during our girls' weekend getaway! The house was spacious—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and absolutely charming. We also really appreciated how conveniently located it was—close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing, stress-free stay!

Wonderful hidden Gem

This was a great locations and loved how close to the highway and shopping centers. We celebrated my birthday with family members that had to give from out of town. It was a great layout and spacious house. The check in and out process was very easy and the host was very responsive.

Perfect for our purposes

My mother, aunt, and uncle, and I stayed to celebrate/attend my son's graduation from UT. The place worked well for them since they are elderly and didnt want to fuss with Austin traffic (aside from graduation). We were close to stores, and enjoyed the pool and nearby park and each had our own bedroom. Vince, the host, was responsive to questions we had.

Family reunion

We used this house as a second location for housing family during a reunion. It was a great experience. Pool water was pretty warm due to hot summer temperatures and the common spaces are on the smaller size. But overall, it was a great stay.

We were happy overall. Host was EXTREMELY responsive and had no issues. Access to property and check in was very easy. It was 95 degrees outside but the AC kept us cool indoors and the pool was nice and clear. Nothing fancy but definitely adequate for a great weekend visiting family. Also close to any shopping needed and quick to get to highway. Nice park nearby to walk a dog.

Extremely limited kitchen supplies

Overall, the house provided us with the stay we needed but house is advertised as having sleeping for 10. We only had 9 luckily because there is not sleeping space for 10 unless you count the pack n play in master closet. Kitchen is not stocked for 10 guests and what supplies were there were very worn, rusty and a lot of them dirty when we got there. Advertised as having a grill however after 4 minutes of using the grill the propane ran out. The dishwasher smelled hot and although the lights came on, the water did not run to the dishwasher. Pool was a nice space for boys to play. Limited/dirty towels. Vince was responsive to messages throughout stay. Overall... okay but we felt the price was EXTREMELY high for the overall condition, supplies and amenities of the home.

Convenient and comfortable in Round Rock

The house was convenient to parks, hospitals, shopping, dining, etc. Our family used this place as a home base while my brother was in the hospital. It served our needs well, and Vince was responsive and easy to work with. When we needed to extend our stay, we moved to another of Vince’s properties nearby. If you have need to be in the area, this is a nice, comfortable option, with a property owner/manager who won’t let you down.
