This 5K+ square foot, waterfront 6BR/6BA vacation rental is the ideal home away from home for your Lake Austin getaway! The outdoor space is lake living at its best with two balconies offering lovely lake views, outdoor seating and al fresco dining, an inground pool, lake access, hot tub and a double-decker dock to tie up your boat. There is also an additional seating area to soak up the sun overlooking the lake. To add to the fun, we provide a tandem kayak and canoe. The fire pit adds to the mix of great ways to relax and unwind at this special property.

Inside, the house is designed in a traditional Texas style that celebrates comfort and coziness. The expansive spaces allow you to spread out and entertain, allowing the adults, the kiddos, and teenagers to have their own space. The main level living area is bathed in sunlight with sweeping high ceilings and relaxed seating on spacious sofas. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you’ll need to prepare simple meals to holiday feasts, and the huge, custom dining table for 10 was built with celebratory gatherings in mind.

We love the privacy this home offers, and so will you! The six bedrooms include two primary suites with king beds and private bathrooms, a queen bedroom with a private bath, plus a private lower apartment, with a separate entrance with a king bed. This suite includes a game room with a billiard/ping-pong table and a kitchenette.
PLEASE NOTE - The apartment downstairs is not connected to the main house. You have to go outside and downstairs to get in.

Lake Austin is a controlled body of water in the Hill Country so water levels are always high. While the house is its own attraction and your personal resort for the duration of your stay, you are less than 30 minutes from the heart of downtown Austin and close to plenty of attractions just outside the city.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No Bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

The boat lift is NOT included in the rental. We also want guests to know that it is not recommended that they tie up their boats to the dock for an extended period.
