We loved the room, the bathroom, the cleanliness, amenities and everything about the hotel. Staff was so kind and helped us out with a couple of problems we encountered. The brunch was AMAZING. Everything we ordered was top notch and delicious.

My friend and I could not recommend a hotel more! It was such a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. It was everything we wanted and more and I cannot wait to go back:) The location was also wonderful for ACL!

It was the best hotel at which I’ve ever stayed. I’m fearful of writing such a good review that it will become swamped and I won’t be able to stay there again. The rooms are lovely, the food is good, but it’s the staff who make the difference. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

We only stayed for one night, but it was great. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were very soft and comfortable. You have to pay for parking and it is $54, which seemed very high for one night. I did not see it listed anywhere when when I booked so that caught me off gaurd. Other than that we had no other issues.

This hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying the nightlife in Austin. The staff were extremely friendly and generous, and the rooms were very reasonably priced. Another great bonus is the on-site Verbena Restaurant which has a beautiful patio and the food was excellent. There’s also a really nice pool that overlooks the Austin skyline, which made for a perfect way to relax after a busy day at ACL. To top it all off, the hotel is dog-friendly, so my dog Teddy had a wonderful stay too!
