It was a good stay

Overall the house was good. It was pretty clean and nice, i loved the vibe of the house. The host was nice and had a fast response. But there was one thing, there was a camera in the common area that was not noted on the listing.

Not quite ready for prime time

This newly renovated place aimed to please with enough room to comfortably sleep 8. Unfortunately, we found the pictures to not exactly represent the both location and condition of the property. We arrived a little early and met Adrian as he was cleaning the property because his cleaner had cancelled on him at the last minute. So we dropped our things and headed back out to give him time to clean the unit. After one night there we left the property and moved to another location. We informed Adrian of the following items that were observed and didn't believe they were up to the standard of what was advertised: - Master bathroom door didn't close - Master bathroom shower door wouldn't stay closed - Dirty socks were left on the front door step - Recommended finishing renovations before opening for the next stay (paint, flooring, etc) SAFETY ITEMS - Sliding door lock is loose or not properly secured - There was no security bar for the sliding glass door. - There should also be an internal lock for the outside gate since it serves as the primary entrance to the property - Rusted floor vent in master bathroom could present a health hazard Overall we had very high hopes based on the listing pictures but unfortunately it didn't deliver as advertised. Adrian was very thoughtful and receptive to the above suggestions.
