Barely passable

The place is overall run down and dingy. The noise due to proximity to the train tracks was unpleasant. Be sure to bring ear plugs. Proximity to downtown is okay by car but there is not much within walking distance. I think this is a fine place to crash for a day or two if you are using it as a crash pad. I did not enjoy my extended stay.

More pluses than minuses

Loved the heated bathroom floor!! Normal rate would be perfect but was over double during eclipse weekend! Heated bathroom floor was awesome! Quick response from owners but not always resolving issues!! Was very clean, especially for how old it was! Did I mention the heated bathroom floor?

Awesome Studio in Austin

The room was great! We found everything we needed for our stay and found the bed to be a good nights rest. The area is far enough from traffic in the city but a quick drive into downtown Austin.
