1.The property had not been cleaned. 2. Bed was stripped with dirty linen piled in the middle. 3. Dirty wet towels piled on the floor near the bathroom. 4. Leftover food was left in the refrigerator from a previous occupant. I had notified the host about the unsatisfactory condition, and he said he would send someone over to clean it. I waited 1 hour, and no one came. I called the host again and told him I was not staying at the property and that I wanted my money back. He said he would have to talk to Vrbo first.
