"Property was very loud and the parking company they use, metropolis, charged me twice for parking in a 24 hour period. The hotel told me that would not happen. The area is also full of homeless vagrants. Avoid this place."

"The beds were very comfortable and although the building is old it was very clean. Hats off to the cleaning staff. However; the shower tub had no rubber or silicone mats or adhesives. I slipped and almost fell several times. Very unsafe! We checked out at 6:30 am and returned the luggage cart. The on duty clerk took our key cards and the cart. My husband got a cup of coffee and we went to our vehicle. My husband went back in and asked if he could use the lobby restroom and he was told no. The male clerk claimed he didn’t have a key to open the bathroom door. So I guess since we were no longer guests it was off limits or he really didn’t have a key. There is no place to sit down and eat breakfast, it is only a grab and go area with prepackaged pastries, fruit and some juices and coffee. This particular hotel is in an area where we observed many street people. I assume they were homeless. We did worry about our vehicle, nothing happened and the hotel parking is well lit. There is a restaurant located right next door. You can walk there and it seems to be on the same property. Terrible service. One waitress. They were not busy. The food was not that good and it was pricey. "

"There was not a coffee maker in the room which every motel we have stayed in always has a coffee maker in it. Also no ice bucket or plastic glasses in the room. At 8:30 am there were no eggs or pancake mix, yogurt machine was empty and also the orange juice was gone! Also no one was checking on the food or cleaning up the counter! Very disgusting! Did not get clean towels or maid service each day."
