Check out the abstract art, stained concrete floors, and high ceilings of this open-concept home. Everything's new, but there's also a good old-fashioned welcome for large groups, thanks to two living rooms, two kitchens, and any number of luxuries.

This is actually two separate buildings with an open patio with recess lighting that are rented together. This property has over 3,200 sq ft of total space located just blocks away from downtown with Gigabyte Internet Speeds.

Property was close to all the things we wanted to do and the house is just how it is described. The property was quiet and the manager was super helpful when one guest left something in the house even shipped it to him. Overall great place!

Great House Great Location

Our group loved staying at the property. The location was perfect for walking to bars and restaurants. We were also a short Uber away from anything else we wanted to do. The house itself was great, clean, and provided every amenity we could have needed. The owner was very easy to contact and worked with us to make sure all of our needs were met. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Austin.

Not as expected

This property is primarily targeted towards party groups who are less concerned about amenities and cleanliness. The property is suffering from overall lack of maintenance. Also, renters should be aware that they will potentially be disturbed by constant roosters crowing next door, beginning at the crack of dawn and stopping at sunset. Our stay was quite a disappointment, especially after paying double the daily charge due to eclipse pricing.

Incredible location and experience overall!

My stay at Daniel's residence was absolutely fantastic. The property actually has two homes on it and was super accomodating for our large group of 14 adult guests. The location is VERY centrally located (an easy 7-10 minute Uber to most places in Austin) and less than a 15 minute walk from Rainey street. Additionally, the host, Daniel, was super responsive and genuinely cared about our experience. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Fantastic east Austin property for a large grouo

Seven of us stayed at the property for a weekend in Austin. Great layout for groups with 3 master bedrooms plus 2 bunk bed rooms. Comfy beds, all the amenities and appliances you could need. Great neighborhood. 100% recommend

Wonderful stay here with my bachelor party. Comfortable living space as described with a full kitchen. The grill they offered was in terrible shape but everything else was very clean and worked properly and the owner was attentive to this issue. Id definitely recommend this spot

Perfect House for a Large Group and Great Host!

My group of 14 and I rented this house for a long weekend last week and it was great!! House is exactly as pictured and included all the listed necessary amenities and then some. Perfect location to get to all the best spots in Austin and easily fit our entire group comfortably. Daniel is a great host, easy to communicate with and included great recommendations for places to visit and activities in Austin. For many in my group, including myself, it was our first time in Austin and experiencing the city while staying at this house made it that much better! Would highly recommend!

Great Spot for Larger Groups

The house was very modern and well kept. It accommodated the large group of people I had for the weekend perfectly. Conveniently located to Rainey Street which was amazing too. Would highly recommend to anyone heading to Austin with a larger group of people. This place was worth every penny and provided everything you would need for the house.

GREAT spot!

This place was PERFECT for a bachelorette party. There are two separate houses that have ample amounts of space. Super clean and nice. Beds were really comfortable. The location was also great -- we could walk to some breweries and bars and then scooter or uber to others. It also came with plenty of beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, fun champagne glasses, etc. Would 100% recommend!

Perfect bachelorette weekend!

Daniel was such a helpful host who responded immediately to all questions. He also allowed an early check in and late check out which was ideal for the various flight times everyone had. The house was in perfect condition and beautiful. So nice to have two houses connected through the backyard so everyone could fit! Would definitely recommend this house to other big groups.
