Great location

Rented this property while visiting our children who study at UT. The property is just as advertised, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Parking was very easy, just in front the home. Met our needs!

Great duplex - great location

Property was very clean. Kitchen, living area was very spacious. Sofa could have been more comfortable, but we managed. And the bed we chose to sleep in squeaked a bit! But overall, great property and owners! Would stay there again on a return trip.

Clean, Convenient & Comfy

This was a great property for our needs and family. Our two year old had his own room and a yard to play in. It was conveniently located in Zilker - close to playground and some restaurants (generally walkable). We would recommend to anyone visiting and probably will stay gain for sure.

Cool place near zilker

Very nice place - exactly as advertised. Nothing too fancy but very functional. Not a swanky neighborhood so there are always interesting things going on. Just expect that - it’s not a super quiet neighborhood for the ultra- rich. Just a bunch of regular folks living their lives. We liked it.

We came here for the location near all our favorite spots in Austin. Quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Home was clean, clutter free, and simple, just enough space for us to comfortably enjoy our time in Austin as a family. Check in and check out was easy and no contact, which we enjoyed.
