Great House in a Great Location

I visited Austin with a few friends and this house was exactly as depicted in the listing. The location is very convenient for walking to many areas of East Austin and Downtown and it worked perfectly for my friends and me. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it seems like a nice amenity during warmer months. The house has some natural wear and tear to be expected with a short term rental, but the finishes are nice and exactly as shown in the photos. I would stay here again when visiting Austin in the future and the communciation with the Host was flawless.

Great for a bachelorette stay in Austin

Overall this property was a great selection! We loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for 5 girls and would be good for up to 8 people. Huge kitchen which was perfect for hosting. Towels and amenities were fully stocked. We did have trouble checking in (at nearly midnight) due to adding on an additional night since our flights were changed. We sat outside the house for a little on the phone but eventually they solved it and we checked in. There were a few stains on the couch, some towels were stained and a few of the outlet plugs downstairs did not work. Nothing that would steer me away from the property, but something note-able! Additionally, there are 5 outdoors cats that live on property and a caretaker visited (entering the gate) daily to assure they were fed and have water. She was super sweet, but just unexpected.

This was a PRIME location for visiting Austin. What a great find. Very modern with a ton of amenities. Host was very responsive, and I would stay here again.

Booked this house for my best friends bachelorette. 5 girls slept great on the comfy beds and the pool was amazing for a cool down in the early July heat. Super close to downtown Austin and Uber was always less than a minute away. The outside was super secure and it felt especially safe, which is always a win in the city. The host always replied quickly with any concerns we may have had.All in all this was a great experience and if I’m ever in Austin again, definitely wouldn’t mind staying here!

Gut geschnittenes Haus, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren mehrmals Dienstleister bzw. Vermieter unangekündigt auf dem Grundstück. Durch die Nähe zu Downtown ist man in der Umgebung mit Obdachlosigkeit konfrontiert.
