The Space:

Welcome to your perfect Austin home base—spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out across three levels to comfortably host families or groups. Whether you're gathering in the cozy common areas or settling into one of the well-appointed bedrooms, this home offers a blend of comfort, privacy, and functionality for a memorable stay in the heart of the city.



Ground Floor:

Perfect for gathering and unwinding, the main living area in Unit A features a queen-sized pull-out sofa and a twin foldout chair cot—great for up to 3 extra guests. Bedroom 1 includes two queen beds and an additional twin chair cot, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests. This level is ideal for both socializing and relaxing after a day of exploring.



Second Floor:

Upstairs, you’ll find three private bedrooms designed for restful nights. Bedroom 2 includes a luxurious king bed for two. Bedroom 3 offers a cozy queen bed, and Bedroom 4 features another king bed—each thoughtfully furnished for comfort and relaxation.



Third Floor:

The top level is a dedicated sleep zone, ideal for larger groups or kids. Bedroom 5 includes four twin beds, offering space for up to four guests.

House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
