Excellent Choice!

Our new company was needing a location for management housing and our first annual Managers Dinner & Christmas Party. This house fit the bill for both! We had an elegant managers dinner (the kitchen is a dream) one night and a fun Company Christmas Party the next. More than enough room for everyone to spread out!

Family friendly and comfortable

The inside of the property was great. Bed were very comfortable . The house was very clean. However, we could not use the fireplace and the heat wouldn’t come on. The outdoor area needs to be cleaned and furniture is aged and needs to be cleaned and cushion need to be replaced. The game room was a big plus and very enjoyable for entertaining. The complimentary coffee and creamer was nice to have unfortunately the creamer cups were old and spoiled. Overall, it was a great house, very spacious and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Great Family reunion stay!

This property was so well stocked! I have never seen one with all the amenities that we needed on hand. I cannot state enough how awesome it was to have the amount of USB chargers and outlets we did. We had 12 adults and 4 children and it was a great setup so that everyone had some space. I had the younger kids and they loved the pool/hot tub and game room, I wasn't aware previously that the queen/study/twin room connected but it was perfect for our family. The young adult couple loved the privacy of the pool house and two elderly couples loved the first-floor bedroom suites. The kitchen was wonderful for making big family dinners and having 4 trashcans helped with clean up. One bedroom door could use some WD-40 or make sure your earliest risers aren't in there! We would have loved to have more towels as we had one per person and emailed to ask but didn't get a response. Luckily some were located in a dresser drawer but we did need to wash them often in our 5 days. Getting into downtown Austin was easy and all the stores we needed were a quick drive. We were the only ones flying in and the airport was very convenient. The hot tub was insanely hot and unusable at 103 degrees. We had to be sure to take the cover off for a while, adjust it, and test it before you get in! Overall it was a great way to get together and everyone found something they liked about this property.
