The 7th bedroom is also a game room with a full kitchen and bathroom located in a separate guesthouse with 989 sq. feet of interior space for endless hours of Shuffleboard & Pool matches. (Who will be crowned the champion?) Lounge by the pool with your favorite drink in hand and a good book, or enjoy use of one of the many yard games like horseshoe or corn hole.

- Pool - The pool has a heat exchanger, which generally keeps the pool in the low 80’s. If the weather gets extremely cold, it doesn’t keep up but still keeps the pool warmer than natural temperature. Note that Pool cleaner comes every Monday and Friday.

Items of Note
Regarding pets, pet fees are $150 + $20/pet/night. This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. Some pet rules and breed restrictions may apply. You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Thank you! *Please note if you plan on bringing pets, the yard is fully fenced in.
Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Friday.
Even with our regular pest management services, it’s possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.

Events are not permitted WITHOUT approval from the host. Failure to comply with this policy could result in immediate removal from the estate without any refund.

Getting Around:
A vehicle is your best choice to get around.
Other Things to Note:
This home is located in a rural area, which offers a peaceful and natural setting. However, due to the surrounding environment, occasional sightings of insects and bugs, especially during certain seasons, are common. While we do our best to keep the home clean and pest-controlled, a few critters may still find their way inside. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the charm of this countryside escape!
Please remember to treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
