Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Great location near everything and close to plenty of shops and restaurants! Very nice living room to hang out in, and really great beds and pillows. Bathrooms were a bit dated and the shower water pressure was pretty low, but they were plenty clean. Hosts are great communicators, and don't demand you do a bunch of silly stuff before leaving. Would stay again.

Bad area and bad condition of property

The area of the apartment was not good. It is a gated apartment complex, but the gate was permanently open. There was trash outside of apartment door all down outdoor hallway. Apartment was clean, but lighting in kitchen constantly flickered, it took 20 mins for the for other lights to turn on in laundry and kitchen. All rugs in the apartment were folded at corners and very dangerous for my elderly father. I was sent texts and emails MANY times about the daily parking registration. I had registered my car everyday per the requirments and I finally had to send messages asking them to stop emailing and texting me about it. Check out was properly followed, I was given a link to check out with, I checked out 13 minutes prior to check out time. I still got a call from the owner concerned I hadnt checked out. I did EVERYTHING per the instructions, owners should check the required tools to see if renters have done what they have been asked prior to them harrasing them. In the end, I would never recommend this VRBO.
