Just two blocks from the river and hike and bike trail, enjoy a morning run to coffee, a 10-minute walk to Rainey Street for brunch and live music, or East Cesar Chavez to enjoy the eclectic "come as you are" vibes and some of the best local hangouts. Adorable little spot right next to downtown and all the things to do. Start your day walking around the corner to a wonderful local coffee shop then you’re a short drive or walk if feeling adventurous from a lot of the attractions of Austin. Also within 30 minutes of a few state / city parks for adventures.
