Great stay in a great location!

This is a beautiful building located right near the river with great walking paths and close access to downtown. The room was modern, well decorated, and well kept. Great place to stay!

Place was clean and the building was super nice! Only complaint was that trying to leave on Sunday was brutal and elevators were packed

Week long stay

The location was good and the unit was clean. The TV in the main living space did not work well. It required resets frequently. Communication with Vacasa was delayed via the app. Someone did call me eventually but their solution did not work well.

Natiivo Austin Great Stay!!

My wife and I stayed at Natiivo Austin for our wedding anniversary. The check in process was very easy and the staff working the front desk helped us out greatly when we arrived. The unit was super clean which was very nice since my wife has severe allergies. The location is awesome with quick access to Rainey Street, along with the walking trial that takes you around the lake and to major roads like S Congress. Lastly the rooftop pool was a great time. We would come back in a heartbeat. We loved the city and where we stayed. They also provide coffee in the morning which was great.
