Super fast wifi: Internet is 2 gig's (business grade), specially installed with 550 mbps up and 450 down (enough for 10 people to stream netflix movies or take zoom calls at same time and have no delays).

Each bedroom has automatic blackout blinds, 50"+ TV (master 75") with Apple TV, brand new (as of October 2021) Casper beds (3 kings and 2 queens).

Beautiful villa with family or friends

We rented this house for a few days. We're a family of 6 and it was perfect. The house is particularly clean, very well stocked and nicely designed. The check-in process was seamless. Everything worked in the house as it is perfectly maintained. We'd love to come back.

Excellent home for guests from three generations

Property was as advertised and we were very comfortable in it. A few suggestions: primary suite has no closet space. Perhaps remove shelving from vertical cabinet in bathroom and add closet pole. Also a hook adjacent to the shower for towel would be helpful. Umbrellas around the pool as there isn’t shade. An email one week prior to stay confirming reservation and advising entry code will be given day before arrival.

Relaxing weekend

The house was perfect for a college friends reunion. We took full advantage of the beautiful backyard and pool. Everything was new and so comfortable. From the house, it was a quick ride to bars and restaurants and we had no trouble getting an Uber. The owner was very responsive to any questions and we appreciated the early check in and late check out times. We would definitely stay here again!

House was exceptional!

We booked this house for a vacation get-together, and it met/exceeded our expectations. The spa was great to have. Also our group was big into having music playing, so having the ability to play the same or different music in every room was so cool. Nathan was very responsive to any questions I had throughout the trip. I would highly recommend renting this house if you are looking for a modern place to stay with decently close proximity to Rainey and 6th Street.

Perfect Place to Stay in Austin

The property was better than described. The property is centrally located. We were able to travel easily between the Capital, University of Texas, Austin and even a day trip to Lake Travis. There was plenty of exciting local restaurants and downtown is only a short drive away. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax between out adventures. Nathan was a perfect host and routinely checked-in on us to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend this property.
