Our experience here was far below expectations. While the property had many issues, the most frustrating part was how they were handled.Within minutes of arrival, we encountered cleanliness problems, including visibly dirty sheets in one bedroom that a family member felt uncomfortable sleeping on and had to rewash herself. The outdoor area, which was a major reason we booked, was also not ready. The pool was dirty, the area was unkempt, and the outdoor lights did not work. We later learned the hot tub was broken, which of course they did not tell us ahead of time despite advertising it heavily on the listing. Trash was overflowing in the driveway when we arrived. Despite repeated messages and assurances it would be taken care of, it was never removed during our stay, forcing us to store trash in the garage.The most serious issue was the air conditioning. Large portions of the house had no AC for multiple days, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially for elderly family members. Although the host repeatedly said it would be fixed, solutions were delayed and ineffective. In the process, the heat was broken, leaving parts of the house either unbearably hot or freezing during our final nights.Throughout the stay, the host consistently lied and said issues would be addressed, but many never were. Based on both the condition of the property and the lack of follow-through/ transparency from management, we would absolutely NOT recommend staying here.
