WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING? We will provide all that’s listed on our listing. We recommend bringing your own personal items and extra necessities you need. Please make sure to also review our amenities for what we provide and reach out with any questions.
CHECK-IN INFO: Your check-in information will be sent the day of your stay. The address is on the reservation in the meantime in case you need directions.
EARLY CHECK-INS/LATE CHECKOUTS: As much as we would love to be able to accommodate early check ins and late checkouts, our properties typically run at full occupancy, and our cleaning team needs all the time between guests to work their magic. Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. Please send a message the morning of your check-in and we will let you know if we can accommodate an early check-in or late checkout at the end of your stay! This is an additional charge determined by us that must be paid prior to your check-in (for early check-in) and prior to your checkout (for late checkout). If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts. This can get pricey, so please be courteous to our housekeeping and their team. If approved, the prices are as follows: • 2pm early check-in: $20 • 12pm early check-in: $35 • Any earlier than 12pm: $45 • 1pm late checkout: $20 (if asked day of, it is a $35 fee) • Anything past 1pm would require an additional day to be booked.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS: We provide enough towels and linens for each Guest. Please let us know if you require additional of these items, and we’re happy to see if we can accommodate you.
MAIL/PACKAGES: We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.

Additional rules:
We strive to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for future guests, we have the following guidelines regarding lost or damaged items:
1. Lost or Missing Items:
If any items (e.g., keys, towels, kitchenware, electronics, furniture, etc.) are lost or missing during your stay, you will be responsible for the full replacement cost. Guests must notify the host immediately if an item is lost or damaged during their stay.
2. Replacement Fees:
A detailed list of replacement fees will be provided in the event of lost or damaged items. Fees will be charged at the actual replacement cost, including any shipping or handling fees. If an item is discontinued or no longer available, a similar replacement item will be chosen, and any price difference will be added to the replacement fee.

3. Damaged Items:
Please refrain from washing towels with colored clothing to prevent staining.
Any items that are damaged beyond repair will be subject to a replacement fee, which will include repair or replacement costs as deemed necessary. Minor damage (e.g., small stains or scratches) may incur a partial replacement fee, at the host's discretion.
4. Key Replacement:
Lost keys or fobs will incur a replacement fee to cover the cost of rekeying and/or new fobs.

5. Final Notice:
If any replacement fees are applicable, guests will be notified. Payment for lost or damaged items will be processed through Airbnb’s resolution center.
