This 3 bed 2 bath entire house is minutes from DT Austin, Zilker park, UT campus, and walking distance to Medical District, 6th St, Mueller, Franklin BBQ, Boggy Creek Greenbelt, and tens of famous restaurants, bars, trails and recreation centers offering sport courts, pools, etc. Recently remodel with modern open concept, wheelchair accessible. Graduation Weekend

We had a fabulous stay during the UT Graduation weekend. The location was perfect and so close to all graduation festivities, restaurants and the airport. We had 6 family members staying in the house together and it was comfortable and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay again if we return to Austin!

The home was centrally located. The interior of the home has been updated and modernized and does not match the exterior. It has a nice front porch with a gas fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

We worked from the home early in the week, and later gathered with our son, his girlfriend and some visiting family. It was great to have a safe, centrally located Austin space to call home for the week —where we could cook meals and hang out when we weren’t out exploring.
