The backyard was private and made our down time enjoyable. Coffee outside, pool days ,BBQ and bonfires! Kitchen was stocked with all dishes we needed for home cooking. Bedroom was clean comfortable with Tv for enjoyable evenings before bed. Close to the H-E-B to get supplies etc. it was just the two of us but this would work very well for small families. The host was very organized in his instructions for checkin and checkout and was very responsive to any questions we had. Couldn't find a better place to add to your Austin vacation!

The yard was not mowed, cigarette butts in yard, the grill was very dirty, and the pool was not clean or inviting like the picture listing. The air conditioner had trouble keeping the house cool (although it was unseasonably hot). The inside of the house was decent.

The property is conveniently located to mopac, grocery stores and all things north Austin. Owner communicates promptly for any needs and house had all the amenities listed. This house allows pets and is fenced for pet safety. We would definitely stay here again.

Austin Grand Prix Gem

The location was decent. The owner was communicative and the place was well plied for. Only detriment was some of the fans didn’t have remotes. Owner worked to help fix the problem and was a gem. Would unquestioningly stay again.
