The home's unique two-level layout provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The upper level features the main living areas, while the lower level is ideal for kids, teens, or additional families traveling together.



Upstairs Living Area



The main floor welcomes you with an open-concept living space centered around spectacular Lake Travis views. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers abundant counter space, modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. Gather around the dining table overlooking the lake or enjoy morning coffee on the expansive covered deck surrounded by the beauty of the Texas Hill Country.



The primary suite features stunning lake views, a king-size bed, Smart TV, direct deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and treetop views. A second upstairs bedroom offers a comfortable full-size bed and Smart TV. The upstairs area has 2 bathrooms.



Downstairs Living Area



The lower level is designed for fun and flexibility, featuring a second fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, game room with ping pong table, Smart TV, comfortable seating, and access to a covered patio. With multiple sleeping areas and bathrooms, this level is perfect for larger groups and families traveling with children. The downstairs area has 2 bathrooms.

Important Note

Part of the charm of Mountain Trail Retreat is its location nestled among the trees and hills of the Texas Hill Country. Because of this natural setting, guests may occasionally encounter local wildlife or insects, including scorpions, despite regular professional pest control service. We ask guests to be mindful of the environment and understand that sightings of outdoor critters are a normal part of the Hill Country experience and are not grounds for refunds.

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you can smoke outside.

- No Open Flames inside the home

- No loud parties or large events

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home

- No pets allowed

- For the safety of our guests, exterior property is under 24/7 video surveillance
