"We arrived early and the Omni wants to charge $40 for early check in. The front desk informed us our room was ready but to check in early was a fee. We haven’t stayed at Omni before and we probably won’t again just because we have found other brands more accommodating. I was also disappointed in the roof top pool, I was expecting something more upscale especially since that is a featured amenity to entice travelers to stay here. Also be aware they charge $60 a night to park on top of an expected valet tip as well as a $25 destination fee per night you stay. I feel like they really nickel and dime their guests. "

"We had to change rooms 2 times. The first time was due to the A/C not working. The second was due to the toilet leaking and not flushing. We had a double and had to accept a king for 3 adults good thing is we are family but still was a tight fit."

"The only downside to this stay was the so-called valet parking fee of $40 per night. In reality, we parked our own car each evening in the garage, so it really wasn’t valet. The alternative option was parking one level lower for $35, which honestly felt a bit silly. Other than that, everything else about the stay was absolutely worth the price and we would definitely stay here again. I do feel guest parking should be included with the stay, especially since it is simply a garage designated for hotel / apartment guests."
