Guys Trip

Went to Austin for UT football game and see the city. Austin was terrific and our stay here was great. Perfect location to get downtown or to walk around the neighborhood establishments.

Great place for a reunion!

My friends and I booked this place as a reunion trip & our first time in Austin. We had so much fun. The area was safe, the place was nice, and the outside area was amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place for more than a few days - the rooms are tiny. The floors were also pretty dirty upon arrival and could use a good mop. Other than those two things, it was awesome and I definitely rexcomend.

In for 3 nights for UT Graduation and it was just right for us

Ok - I give this 5 stars across the board, it is a college apartment complex, great location, great outdoor deck you can sit and hang out or peer over the side and just people watch and listen to music. This is 5 stars because it really fit our needs - it is a college apt it is not the "nicest" most perfect VRBO ever, it's not the Austin Four Seasons, but it is just right. Yes the paint isnt perfect, there's a hole or two where door stops got pushed through the door or wall, but it is a great place for 8-10 people who want to spend time together and be right around the corner from everything UT!!! We will be back with our posse as soon as we can! Thanks.

With a place that can sleep 10 + there should be more than 2 parking spaces available. I did not read the parking instructions correctly and had 2 of our 3 cars towed. Very costly mistake on my part! Other than that the accommodations worked well for us. Location for our weekend could not have been better.

If a cleaning crew would have been sent out on the first day to address the issues, it would have made our stay enjoyable. We stayed 5 days in a dirty apartment.

Not a good experience

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The place was filthy. There were stains on the walls, the bottom of our feet were filthy from walking on the floor, and the main bathroom door was broken so no one had privacy. We reached out to the owners several times about our situation but no one ever responded back. We won’t be coming back.

Okay stay

I was supposed to receive a house manual three days prior to my stay, which i did not. When getting to the apartment we were stuck outside due to not having gate codes, when trying to go up to the sixth floor the elevators were broken. Once we finally made it the door the code was incorrect, after we finally got the right code and going into the home the floors were super dirty like they had not been swept or mopped in some time.
