Loved our stay a mini TX ranch

Incredible property. Will def stay again. Very clean exc a couple small items, nature was awesome and sooo "Texas". Resident deer loved to hang around. Played pickleball, basketball, enjoyed pool and hot tub setting on outdoor porch. Beautiful redo on the house. Very comfortable . Geat location with conveniences close by eventho feel is remote and secluded.

Spring break

The location is remote and quite. The house is spotless and overall amazing, spacious and well-equipted. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, I do need to mention that the pool is not heated, which made it a bit too chilly to swim. The hot tub heats up quickly and provided some water relaxation time. With the 10pm outside restrictions, it would have been nice to quietly sit in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Despite the minor issues, we had a wonderful experience and would would definitely consider staying again when the pool can be enjoyed. Thank you for having us!Mary and Casey

Great Getaway we didnt want to leave

Great Property, had pretty much everything you think you need and more. Our favorite was the outdoor space. Great lanai, pool, hot tub and pickle ball court. It's pretty private property where we saw deer daily. Pros:-3 king bedrooms and 4th pullout sofa with doors you can close to have privacy. Everyone has space. -Master bath so amazing everyone wanted to use it-great amenities -a getaway in itself- a fun welding project dinosaur on the property (and others nearby)-pickleball/basketball court has bright lights to use at night-amazing entertaining space I wish all my friends lived closer!Need to knows:-hot tub turns on with a setting when the pool water feature is off (meaning it's not going to get hot until that setting changes)-background check is done on renter and the renter is required to furnish the renters club with list of all guests, age, and phone #s-10pm to 7am is quiet time due to neighbors around (those neighbors have beautiful horses you can see from the backyard)-they have pickleball racquets and balls, no need to bring your own- they offer beach towels, tide pods and dryer sheets-bring your own shampoo/condition. They do provide it but the conditioner is a lather and not a conditioner. It dries out your hair. We made a separate trip to the store after we experienced this.Opportunities:-better label the remotes and to what they are used for/what they turned on/instructions. We tried turning on the outdoor TV with the wrong remote as there

Vista Blue is an exceptional property! The house is decorated beautifully and comfortably! The pool and spa and the entire outdoor patio area is awesome! In spite of the heat we thoroughly enjoyed the Pickleball court also. The only thing we didn’t take advantage of was the fire pit. understandably, it’s August.!!!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. A getaway that would basically be our own private resort. This place did not disappoint. We brought a load of groceries and practically never left. From pickleball, baseball, lounging in, and out of the pool. Able to cook very nice dinners and finish the evening watching family movies on the patio. Very nicely set up and met all of our needs. My family would return to this property without hesitation. Rental agency was very prompt with any requests or needs. Top notch experience.

Nice stay for girls weekend

We enjoyed this property for a girls weekend getaway. The pool was great and the house was nicely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. Great bathrooms and I appreciated that they gave you plenty of towels!! Our only complaint was that pest control showed up in the morning and rang the doorbell, and we weren't notified that would be happening. And then later that day when we came back there was a pool maintenance guy there as well. Just since we were 5 women staying in a rural location, it would have been nice to have been told what time to expect that there would be people we didn't know on the property. However, we appreciated that there was pest control and pool maintenance being done!
