Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Did not receive check in instructions until 45 minutes after checkin. The mattresses were not on the bed when we arrived, bedding in a pile on the floor. Dead bug on the floor. We were relocated to another unit along a busy street. Took us 10 minutes to get a working access code. WiFi was not working. Uncomfortable mattresses. 4 towels for a unit that “sleeps 8”. Host does not deal with guests directly. Everything delegated to a service.
