Clean well stocked home

We came for our daughter’s wedding and we needed a place to stay near the venue. This was perfect! The home was well stocked with everything you would need. Close to grocery stores also. Very clean and good host communication.

We had an excellent stay! Loved the high quality kitchen utensils and the level of cleanliness maintained. It was a very convenient location, away from traffic and yet close to markets and the university. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome little getaway

The apartment was perfect for two of us visiting Austin! Full size kitchen appliances with all the necessities. The bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows. The living room area was spacious with a smart TV and cozy couch. Loved looking at all the architecture and home design books on the floor to ceiling bookcase. Parking was awesome. Safe area of Austin, close to everything! Washing machine and dryer,too.

Super cute! Great Management!

I thought the place was great, very clean, and the check in process was very easy. My tiny complaint is I felt that the multiple google forms I had to fill out for my check in/out were a bit redundant. I think it would be good if you’re to continue with the forms is to include “early check in” and “late check out” as options, in case the guest has purchased one of those!

Great hidden get away

This place was wonderful! It had everything we needed for a one night trip. Very clean, organized, and the bed was very comfortable. The place was kinda hidden but in a good quiet neighborhood. Will rebook if ever in Austin again

Great for couples and maybe a friend.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway to Austin. The location was great. Not too far from everything and very easy to find. If you are traveling with 2-3 people, I highly recommend this property.

Nice and quiet

Loved the retro vibe. Good mattress. Sheets were fine. Loved all the coffee stuff. Could replace that toilet with an oval one and the shower mat in the bath tub needs to go. Otherwise great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean , great location as close to UT and downtown Austin in a pleasant and tree lined residential area. Carport for one vehicle also. Very comfortable king sized bed. We would recommend upgrading cookware to newer non- stick set and more than one dish towel , but otherwise the kitchen was well supplied. We were very happy with our stay.
