Located just 3 miles from Rainey St & 2 miles from Congress Ave yet you'll feel like you're in the woods. Corner 1/2 acre lot backs up to green belt where you'll enjoy privacy & space rarely found in the city. Enjoy two fire pits at night on half acre lot with fruit trees & three outdoor places to entertain and a pickleball court. Very secluded so no issues with noise or neighbors.

Great place and location. Owner was very responsive, would highly recommend.

This beautiful property is located what I feel is next to every place you would want to visit in Austin. The house itself is quiet and very private, plenty of room and we made very good use of the pickleball court. I am definitely going to rent it again.
