This guesthouse is in the Brentwood neighborhood, which is one of Austin's coolest most central spots. The neighborhood was built in the 50's and 60's with most of the houses freshly remodeled, so it's eclectic and unique (like Austin!) There is a gigantic city park about a 10 minute walk away alongside a cute grocery store, ice cream shop, and old school deli. Brentwood is slightly north of downtown and within a 10 minute drive, you can get to just about any interesting Austin spot you'd like.

The neighborhood is super central and one of Austin's favorite neighborhoods. Parking is easy, as there is a driveway a few steps from the unit, where you can park. There is a convenience store two properties over where you can grab some drinks or snacks. Across the street is Bird Bird Biscuit, a sweet breakfast spot and a cute coffee shop Brentwood Social House is just two blocks away.
