Please be aware that Texas is home to a variety of insects and critters, particularly during the summer months. Common visitors include silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, and ants. It’s not uncommon for these creatures to find their way indoors from time to time. The presence of a few of these critters doesn’t necessarily indicate an infestation; they’re often simply seeking refuge from the intense heat or cold, much like we all do.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

We are just minutes away from local shopping, major freeways, excellent restaurants, and exciting entertainment attractions. -Getting around
Getting around is quick and easy. The apartment is situated between major access highways as well as major local roads, with great food and shopping all around. Downtown Austin is just minutes down the road. There is FREE parking on-premise.
