预定是双床房。到达酒店后，前台工作人员第一时间向我们推荐某组织捐款活动，被拒接后，给我们安排大床房，告知我们房间有沙发床，该酒店没有双床选项。早晨离开酒店时，发现对面房间就是双床房。因拒接酒店工作人员信念被刁难，也算奇葩。强力不推荐这家酒店

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites, and my experience left much to be desired. The hotel's cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable issues in the room and common areas. Additionally, getting to the hotel was inconvenient due to the nearby large Shopping Center, causing unnecessary hassle.Moreover, the pricing was higher compared to a nearby hotel, and the extra cost did not justify the experience. I found the alternative option more reasonable and regretted opting for SpringHill Suites.

The front desk agent, Ms. Janet, was very friendly. She made an ajustment to put our party on the same floor without being asked. She also offered water since it was very hot which was nice. We appreciated her initiative. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The room was very clean and well stocked.

The beds were very uncomfortable to me. (Spring bed with small pillow top) The rooms weren't clean all the way, looked like they did a quick clean and wipe down bc couch were dirty. Breakfast was not pleasing to me personally. All low fat food and yogurt. Not what i expected when paying $160 a night.

Dissatisfied customer
I was placed in a handicap room, that smelled awful and had no bathtub. When I asked to please be moved they said they were full and could not. When I asked for a refund they also refused even though I bought the insurance or “protection plan” I will never use this website nor stay at this hotel again.
