Perfect space for a family vacation or group of friends looking to explore. With a designated office space, the WFH life is easy and comfortable. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off North Lamar Blvd, you can be shopping at the Domain, downtown, or on campus in no time. With a beautiful, fully fenced in yard, equipped with a brand new gas grill, table and chairs, you can spend time outside soaking up the beautiful weather.

The master bedroom with ensuite spa bathroom is located on the main floor. The bedroom has sliding glass doors with access to the back patio.
The two other bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bathroom.
The half bath is located downstairs in the main living area.
The office space upstairs has a standing/sitting desk with a comfortable desk chair to make the work from home life easy.
The kitchen includes everything you could ever need to cook a beautiful, gourmet meal. With ample seating including 6 dining room chairs and 4 barstools, you can have the entire group enjoy a meal together!
The TV is a smart TV. It has apps available for streaming such as Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Prime, but please note there is no cable TV.

You`ll have the entire home to yourselves.

I live in Austin and will be available via phone/text to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood. Great for walking, with sidewalks throughout. From the house you can walk to multiple coffee spots for your morning pick-me-up and there’s a fun little bar nearby too!

There is a driveway for one car. In addition to that there is free parking on the street in front of the house.

From the house there is easy access to 183 which brings you to I-35 or Mopac (Loop 1) to get North or South very easily. Getting downtown by car takes 15 minutes. The Domain shopping center is 10 minutes away.

There is a bus stop just a few blocks from the house and a train station a few blocks as well. Feel free to take the train up to the new Q2 soccer stadium for a game, or downtown to explore.
