Set in the vibrant Holly neighborhood of East Austin, this comfortable home is made for easy group stays. The home features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Gather in the main home’s living and dining spaces, then take the fun outside to the backyard, where an outdoor fire pit sets the scene for relaxed evenings.
The smart TV in the primary bedroom makes winding down simple, and Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. A washer and dryer in the home adds convenience for longer stays.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: Space for up to 3 vehicles — two on Holly St and one in the back alleyway.
• Stairs: This home has stairs. Please review photos if mobility is a concern.
• Security cameras: One exterior camera is located on the back of the home and actively monitors the back of the property.
• Washer/dryer: A washer and dryer are available in the home.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
