Welcome to the Sunset Point Estate on Lake Travis by ABOVE Vacation Residences. Past the famous Oasis Restaurant and only 25 minutes from downtown Austin, you will find this incredible with expansive views of Lake Travis. The modern rustic style and finishes create a cool “Austin” space for gathering with friends and family. This 2-level property offers so much to entertain your group from the media room upstairs to the indoor game room downstairs with a pool table and couch for relaxing. Step outside to the expansive pool area complete with a hot tub, lounge areas, and shuffleboard table. The lake has a floating party dock, accessible to Guests by stairs. This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 22 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip may be available by approval and with a fee.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
